Change Of heart? No problem - return within 30 days
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from lakeland-furniture.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase. You can return an item within 30 Days by sending the notice of cancellation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org ensuring that you quote your name, address, order reference number.
Your item must not have had tags removed, assembled or used and is complete in its original packaging. Any items that are returned to us assembled or not in a box will be charged at a higher rate. If you are unable to unassemble or dont have boxes please contact us first so we can help. You can return it to us yourself or we can arrange collection on your behalf and this will be deducted from your final refund. Any postage upgrades selected at checkout cannot be refunded. Please PRINT OUT this RMA LABEL fill in the details and include it in your returns box.
Our Parcel Returns Charges
If you wish to elect us to arrange the collection of the item on your behalf the following charges will be deducted from the refund. If you are unsure about the calculations for any of the collection charges please contact our support team and they will work out the charges for you.
Small Items - Boxes upto 0.22cbm - £15 per box collection charge
Medium Items - Boxes between 0.22cbm-0.28cbm - £28 per box collection charge
Large Items - Items that, at purchase had to be delivered via a 1 Man or 2 Man delivery service option. Such items include beds, mattress, dining tables and dining sets, outdoor garden furniture and marquees - £50 per item Collection Charge
Additional Fees for Parcels Returned Outside Our Guidelines
Original Packaging & Product Care - Items that are returned to us that have been assembled or are without all the original packaging will be refunded minus an additional 25% of the total cost restocking charge. If you are unable to unassemble or dont have boxes please contact us first so we can help.
Over Sized Boxes & Assembled Items - If we arrange the collection courier on your behalf the items must be unassembled and boxed in a box no bigger than 0.22cbm. This is the length x width x depth in centimeters of the box divided by 1000000 (LxWxD cm /1000000). Items that are returned to us assembled or in a box that is over 0.22cbm will incur a £45 per assembled or oversized box Collection Charge. If you are unable to unassemble or don't have boxes please contact us first so we can help.
Faulty / Damaged Items
Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error from Lakeland Furniture, we will be happy to replace/exchange any damaged parts. Please inform us of any damage by email to email@example.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number. If over 30 Days photographs of the damage must be included.
All returned goods must be in a full un-used condition.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non Receipt of Items
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete.. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

- 30 Day Returns are only covered on items purchased directly from Lakeland-Furniture’s website or over the phone. Purchases made via any third parties do not qualify for terms listed on the website.
