Types of velvet

We stock two main types of velvet in our dining chair range. These are crushed velvet and standard velvet. Crushed velvet is especially stylish as it’s bang on trend at the moment. You’re sure to have seen this glamorous material in all the fashion magazines and across retailers that stock up-to-date clothing. Add a bit of regal style into your dining room with a crushed velvet chair and you’ll be the envy of all your friends! Perhaps you fancy something a bit more traditional? You could opt for our standard, smooth velvet for a more subtle look. This will ensure that your dining room still looks super stylish but also not too much of a statement. The velvet dining chair will go with almost any interior. But what colour should you go for?

Colours of velvet

We currently offer our velvet chairs in four colour options: silver, gold, dark grey and grey. However, it’s important to note that not all of the chairs come in all four colourways. It’s best to go ahead and check which design you like the most and what colour it’s available in. For example, the Chelsea chair is up for grabs in crushed velvet silver or gold, but also in plain grey velvet. The Langford chair is available in the same colour options. If dark grey and mysterious is your thing, opt for either the elegant Sofia or Ashley accent chair.

When making the purchase of dining chairs, realistically you’re probably going to be buying more than one.
